Markero.eu is a deal discovery platform that curates and presents electronics deals from trusted European marketplace sources. We act as an intermediary connecting buyers with sellers.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Buying and Selling

When you purchase a deal through our platform:

• You are entering into a binding agreement with the seller
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
• Seller is responsible for shipping the item within 3 business days
• All items are covered by our Buyer Protection guarantee

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT. We strive to ensure all deals are accurate, but:

• Deals are available on a first-come, first-served basis
• Prices may change until purchase is complete
• Occasional errors in pricing may occur - we reserve the right to cancel orders with erroneous prices

5. Buyer Protection

All purchases are covered by our Buyer Protection program:

• Items must match the description
• Items must be shipped within 3 business days
• 14-day return policy on all items
• Full refund if item is not as described or not received

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate the platform or pricing
• Harass or abuse other users or staff
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Markero.eu, including logos, designs, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Markero.eu shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Actions of third-party sellers (beyond facilitating returns)

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that harms other users or our platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, or through the EU's online dispute resolution platform.

11. Consumer Rights

As a consumer in the EU, you have statutory rights under EU consumer law that cannot be waived by these terms, including the 14-day right of withdrawal on purchases made online.
